What challenges do the penguins have to overcome?


The challenges that they face is that they have to walk all the way to a specific place to have there baby's and some of the old penguins don't make it.Then they have to have the baby and transfer the egg to the daddy penguin.If they rush they could  drop the egg and the baby will die.Then the mother's leave to go get food and the dads don't get to eat for four month's.when the mother returns she gets to see her baby for the first time. then the dad takes off to eat.after he leaves the mother eventually teaches her baby to walk. Then the dad comes back and they have to watch out for predators because winter is almost over.   


How does their habitat challenge their livelihood each day?


It changes their livelihood because they could die because of how cold it is {basically separation makes them freeze}.

What types of adaptations do penguins need in order to survive brutal winters as well as predators?

what they need is blubber[so they can keep warm]and they also need feet that can survive the cold,and last but not least they need each other so they do not get eaten by predators.
 
Why is there a period of time in which there is practically no sunlight? What affect can no sunlight have on this region of Antarctica? 


The reason there is no sunlight is because it's winter.The ice would not melt if their was no sunlight.


If the climate had a negatively impact on the penguins it could make them not wanna mate.

People use this game to help others who do and dont have AIDS.

It would be lung cancer because my grandmother died of lung cancer.

What was the issue with this game?
In the game you have to shoot the planes so they do not get to the towers.
How do you feel about it?
To me it sounds like a crazy game because they made a game that's based on what really happened so I actually would want to play that game to see what its like.
What is the problem with portraying on such an awful violent event through a video game?
That people think its funny just because its a game,but it actually happen 
How can you make sure that your web games tell the whole story or teach a lesson in an honorable way?
The only way I could think of making the game real and true is if we posted all the facts and created the real version.

Danger of the Single Story
 
What does it mean to have a 'single story' about a place or community?
It means if you havent been any where before and you really want to go their so you start reading books about that place and when you start reading it you start to get an impression of that place from the book.

Describe a single story you have heard told about your community. What is missing from that story? How could people learn more about that community?  I have only heard that theirs a lot  white people in austin but in reality theirs more  . The only way you could learn about that communuity is if you either visit it or go on the web and search places and food.

The new 3Dsis awsome it can go on youtubeand they are making a  Universal Gadget Wrist Charger
charges on your arm while you play.they also said that the 3DS has been pre-ordered twice as many times as the Wii was. Yesterday  gamestop was noticed that they were running out of game for the 3Ds.In UK they were running out of them even for the people with pre-orders.

  If we created Sincronize Sabers I think the first thin i would do is make a comercial saying
''From the producer from super mario finally created a new game ( wait a few seconds)
Sincronize Sabers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Instead of trying to beat bowser you can pickup oil to save a the last plant on the universe
If it dose not go well i'll take it off the market then make comic books and if every body is interested i will bring the game back on the market

I think that what these kids are doing are great because japan is doing terrible right now because of all the
earth quakes,tsunami, and because of the power plant running out of water.
So since theese kids are donating, it helps alot ;even if they send a little ;it still helps.
if i was in that school I would donate as much as I can to try and help them

This new PSP { play station portable} is so amazing,wonderful,and is so new. I like the way desinged it because they made a touch screen on the front and some how on the back.So if  I played the game I could  touch the screen in the front and back. Also you can use the internet, a gps,blue tooth, music comic,camera,use a phone and can play games. thats like an i pad 2but,  way  better.But I think that i would stick with the DS's because I do not really need all that stuff.
I wonder when the new DS,i, XL3D,will change. In my opinion I like the DS,i,XL is better .
I also think that it would be hardto control

What does the word "teamwork" mean to you?


Teamwork is a very special word because it has many different meanings. 1} To have many people working together. 2}Team-2 or more people, work-a job.   


Comments:This movie is about children that want to dance  and they are like all the same except the boy's think girls are wierd and girl's think boys are wierd.
The boy's  think that the girl's are not some thing special. So the teacher told the boy's dancewith the girls,
and the girls dance with the boy's.


How do you see these students trying to work together?


They try to work together by dancing together and using team work.


:-) 1994 Ballroom dancing was introduced to 5th grade students in New york City
:-) Today 6,000 kids from over 60 schools are required to take thus 10 week course
:-) The Dancing program is free to the republic
:-) Most of the students are from the Domican Republic
:-) THe dancing provides the children opprontunities and new things to learn 
:-) They don't just learn steps they learn cultuar dances
:-)They are actually interested in dancing
:-) There was a kid that was a street kid and he was close to being a thug , in a gang and a criminal,if he had not went there he wouldnot have been a good dancer.

 Mathman: math man is a pac man version of pac man . It really is the same ,except you have to solve  questions{Math problems}while you are running away from the ghost. The game is really fun because you can write the question down ,push pause then eat the ghost that has that # on it. The farthest I have gotten is to level four,because they always corner me and I lose a life. But other than that it was really fun because it teaches you mental math,how to do two things at once,and it makes you smarter because it is a education game and it is also fun.

The game is trying to tell us that KFC is not taking care of their chickens. Also they are horrible people because they do not feed them well and they throw them against the wall.
Did youknow that KFC actually  have babys just to to get the mama chikens breast bigger so they can slice them off for the chicken breast?
I bet the chickens are scared to death because they do not even give them space they just throw them into a box at night time. KFC may be good ,but you should see what they do BEHIND THE SCENE'S!!!!!!!!!!!!
